Joseph Anthony, the musical prodigy’s journey is entertaining, inspiring, and full of challenges, but he perseveres over it all. “OVER THE STARS” is Joseph Anthony’s last released single that raked in 50k views, and also helped Anthony achieve 30k monthly listeners which is a big milestone for any artist. He’s also been featured on multiple musical blogs and has gained a local appreciation for his eccentric music. Audiences from over 75 countries have listened to his music and are already a fan of it. He is currently living in LA and was in Boston for five years before that. Joseph worked on his craft tirelessly, taking classes, practicing what he was taught, and spending time in the studio with friends and producers. After many intense sessions, he released his 4-song EP, a couple of singles, and played in a few venues. He also shot music videos for the EP, and wrote, directed, and edited all of the singles on his own! Lines to Make You Smile Joseph works on creating lyrics to make people smile, allow them to vibe, and get lost in the beauty of transitions and melodies. His work is inspired by lots of people and musicians who continue to make their mark in the music industry. He creates songs that emulate an emotional connection and allows people to explore their self-worth and feel stronger about themselves. He loves the whole music-creating process. “As soon as I have the idea for a song, I get flashes in my mind of how the music video could be. It's all connected to me, which makes me love every part of the process. Write a song, go to the studio, work on the production, concept, music video, etc. It feels like I'm putting out a creature that will live by itself, and as the creator, that makes me very happy and proud of myself.” - Joseph Anthony He believes that life is crazy and you don’t know when an opportunity can strike. When Joseph creates music, he ensures it adds meaning and relays different positive messages through each of his songs. He inspires people to keep going, regardless of all the setbacks along the way. Life is crazy, we should let the surprises unfold one by one and not be afraid of them. “I just wanna keep doing what I'm doing. Make music, connect to people, write a lot, perform, travel a lot, and live life to the fullest.
