Travis Thompson, or TT17, an independent music artist, embodies his vision to show the world how resilience can slay any negative thoughts.

TT17, the enigmatic music artist with a passion to show his vision to the world is climbing the ladder to the hall of fame through this emotive music. His song, “7 Years” hit 100,000 streams in August 2021, and he was also rewarded with a plaque for it.
He has also dropped 3 albums, those being ‘Long Way To Go’ (2020), ‘Memory Lane’ (2021), and ‘Wake Me Up In Calabasas’ (2022). His most recent single, ‘Blue Bands’ has also done very well for the time it’s been out.

Music has always been Travis’ first love but his dream was to be a YouTuber. He started his channel in 2018 and believed in consistent and persistent effort throughout. His first single “Risk or Fall” was released in 2019. He kept faith in his talent and “7 Years” was finally the breakout song for him. Amassing many views and followers, he combines his love and passion into one.
“Honestly, I have had a lot of influences. My Dad and I would always listen to Eminem together when I was a child, but when he passed away in 2013, I never even thought about being an artist one day. I started making my own songs in 2016, and this is where I credit the 2 biggest influences in my life, my Mom and my step-dad Marc. They push me to keep going no matter what adversity I face. Travis’ music is unique because he doesn’t rely on indulgence in drugs or any other harmful outlet to let out his stress or have fun. His father passed away due to drugs and alcohol and he pledged to stay away from them. His lyrics have inspired fans to leave drugs too and walk on the path of sobriety.
Music is his true escape. He loves writing songs and the whole creative process that leads to an adrenaline rush in his mind.
