The American rapper and artist Travis Scott gets trapped into trouble after being accused of assault and criminal mischief at a nightclub in Midtown, New York City. The “Sicko Mode” singer may have punched a sound engineer in the face and broken his phone early on Wednesday morning at the Nebula nightclub, according to individuals close to law enforcement who spoke to Paparazzi.
Despite Scott’s manager, Ted Anastasiou, alleging that the charges were part of a “possible cash grab,” officials are allegedly ready to interrogate the rapper about the allegations. Scott allegedly appeared irritated when the music volume was turned down and attempted to play DJ himself, according to the nightclub’s sound engineer. Scott allegedly joined rapper Don Toliver on stage following Toliver’s earlier that evening at Irving Plaza performance.
Although the motive of the alleged assault has not been confirmed, an eyewitness said that Scott made a fuss before pushing someone into the DJ booth and yelling, “Back the fuck off.” The rapper is also accused of damaging nightclub equipment to the tune of about $12,000 in total.

Mitchell Schuster, Scott’s lawyer, believes that his client will be exonerated of all charges despite the accusations. According to Schuster, the event was “obviously a mistake,” and his team is prepared to work with local police to put things right.
Richie Romero, the managing partner of Nebula, also commented on the occurrence and said that the news had “blown entirely out of proportion.” Romero referred to the evening as “wonderful” and asserted that the media had exaggerated the charges.
Grammy-nominated musician Travis Scott is well-known for his upbeat performances and musical collaborations. The rapper has already come under fire for his live performances, with some fans alleging that he incites reckless behavior there. Scott faced criticism in 2021 for his participation at a festival in Houston, Texas, when eight people died and several more were hurt.
The latest in a long line of scandals involving the rapper are the claims of assault and criminal mischief at the Nebula nightclub. His lawyers and spokesperson, though, have denied any wrongdoing.
