Jennifer Aniston, the Friends actress, was flabbergasted when her recent remarks on her longtime friend and co-star Adam Sandler’s outfit choices led him to be titled a “style icon” by Vogue. Aniston recently made fun of Sandler’s habit to show up to even the most formal events in basketball shorts and a t-shirt during an interview on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Aniston recalled a time when Adam Sandler showed up wearing satin basketball shorts, Nike high tops, and a turquoise velour shirt when they were in Italy for a “fine dinner.” She was taken aback by his clothes, but it looks that Sandler’s sense of style has resonated with some people having a similar choice.

During her interview, Jennifer Aniston commented, “Vogue, you know, kind of made him a style icon.” Thanks to Vogue, he is now saying, “Vogue says I’m wonderful like this!” Now Adam Sandler is feeling like awarded the style icon title, so he is thanking Vogue for it.

Aniston credits their bond to taking care of one another and watching out for one another. On the set of their movie, “Murder Mystery 2,” she frequently served as the “mobile pharmacy” and set medic.

Jennifer Aniston made fun of Sandler’s wardrobe choices, but she recently gave him the Mark Twain Award for American Comedy at the Kennedy Center, where she was accompanied by Drew Barrymore, Chris Rock, and Pete Davidson. It seems like their friendship will continue to thrive, no matter what fashion choices Sandler makes.
