When people have a dream, they pour every ounce of their potential and intellect into turning it into reality. Risto Dimitrov is an exemplary case. He’s an Oman-based martial arts expert, martial arts coach, and expert at trail running, marathons, and also running a business.
When we talk of an all-rounder, his name brings meaning to it. But how did he make it bring the zeal and zest to make his imagination come to life? The answer – great passion and determination.
His schedule is daunting, but success comes at a cost, and hard work cannot be bargained for procrastination.

A never-ending series of competitions

The more one competes in their respective fields, the better results they yield, and the popularity they gain. From September to December 2022, Risto ran 9 races, one of which was 110km, competed in the World Judo Championship, and brought 11 medals in just 4 months. In February, he was awarded in his country, Macedonia with a special award for promoting Macedonian sport around the world and became a Macedonian sports ambassador.
Besides, being a pioneer in the martial arts industry, Risto also runs a full-fledged business where he managed training, preparations, and competitions. The arts that Risto has mastered and competed in 25 years include Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Mixed martial arts, Combat sambo, Boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai.

Risto says that life is an adventure, and if someone wants to succeed with their plan, they have to treat it like one. If a person is interested in a sport or has an unusual career idea, they should execute it and see what challenges life throws at them.
People should take risks because they harbor courage and prepare them for any hardships. Risto made his dream come true with a lot of hard work and struggles, but he feels that never surrendering was the deal breaker.
