Federica Rizzo, an Italian professional dancer, choreographer and dance instructor based in LA, showcases her love for dancing with immaculate talent.
Hip-hop, street style, jazz, and dance forms are expressive and elevate the mood, fine-tuning people’s thoughts. It’s not just good for the heart and soul but for making people happy and keeping sadness at bay. With each tap on the dance floor, she teaches people to let go of all worries and immerse themselves in the goodness of movement, and it also reduces cortisol levels, helping with stress. Federica Rizzo is one to live by dance and her passion for “Heels dance”, flaunting her grace and knowledge about them and helping others live their dancing dreams.
She has studied modern dance and street styles around Europe for several years since she was nine years old. In 2014, she took the step to attend Broadway Dance Center and graduated with a certificate of excellence. In NYC, she showcased her skills at shows like “Good Morning America”, “Love, Lust and Run”, and some music videos as well. She also had the opportunity to dance at Blue Note Jazz Club and bring my “Heels” show at Broadway Underground.
Spreading Her Wings One Move At A Time
After returning to Italy, this charismatic woman started teaching hip hop, street jazz and heels workshops in different dance studios around Italy as a special guest teacher. She taught the young, new, talented generation her artistic creativity and knowledge. Before becoming a big dancer in the industry, her work has been very impressive as a dancer in Italian TV shows, music videos and live performances. She was also taking workshops and classes side by side. Introducing heels the right way is her passion, and she has committed her life to it.
“I started dancing and watching music videos by Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears. I was obsessed with those steps. That’s why I started to dance. I have been in love with arts since I was little. It has always been part of me. Arts have been and still is my only form of expression that I know, my escape from the world.” – Federica Rizzo.
Federica hopes to inspire people through her unique choreography that captures the eye and keeps the audience hooked. Each step syncs with the beats, making the perfect combination of melody and movement. As a teacher, she understands the connection with her students, and observes their dynamic with each kind of sound.
