Elle and Dakota Fanning Show Off Contrasting Spring Styles at Power Stylists Dinner

The most fashionable sisters in Hollywood, Elle and Dakota Fanning, recently made an unusual joint appearance at Jimmy Choo and The Hollywood Reporter’s Power Stylists Dinner. Top celebrity stylists were honored at the occasion, including Samantha McMillen, who chooses the Fanning sisters’ outfits. With their distinct looks, Elle and Dakota both radiated beauty, exhibiting their interpretations of sensual spring dressing.

Dakota Fanning, who is 29 years old, picked a striking red leather minidress from Loewe’s spring 2023 collection. The dress had a faux anthurium covering one breast along with a green stalk serving as a strap.  She created an edgy yet glam ensemble by pairing the provocative dress with gold ankle-strap shoes and a silver ear cuff.

Elle Fanning, on the other hand, deviated from her customary princess outfits in favor of a more elegant, customized look. She donned a cropped pinstripe jacket and complementing low-rise pants from Stella McCartney’s upcoming fall 2023 line, which made its debut earlier this month during Paris Fashion Week. Black platform shoes with gold Cartier jewelry, including a watch and three bracelets, complemented the look. In the outfit, Elle looked relaxed and elegant, showcasing her ability to pull off any look with ease.

During the event, both Fanning sisters predominantly spoke about McMillen, who was entitled as one of the top 25 most influential stylists. Samantha McMillen deserves this more than anybody, Elle commended. Dakota emphasized the value of working with a stylist who is familiar with your body type, attitude, and mood. She said, “It is like having someone who allows you to feel at ease and confident in your own body.

The Power Stylists Dinner was completely a star-studded event that was glooming and glittering in the presence of celebrities including Jodie Turner-Smith, Megan Thee Stallion, Jurnee Smollett, and their respective stylists. However, the Fanning sisters were the ones who truly stole the show with their distinctive fashion choices and impeccable personality, Since Elle’s “Teen Spirit” screening in 2019, this was the first time we had seen the sisters out together, making their joint appearance all the more noteworthy.
